In order to be fit and healthy is to be an sports enthusiast.  There are many benefits we can get from sports like body fitness and increase of our mental capacity .  Many sports enthusiasts are paying hundreds or thousands of dollars just to fulfill their ambition to play that sports.  They are buying branded sports wear,gears, jerseys in which they will use in order to play.  Actually, there are two kinds of sports activities.  The indoor and outdoor activities.  Indoor activities such as table tennis, billiard, dart and many more.  Outdoor sports activities are basketball, volleyball, soccer, football and many more.
Outdoor activities are great for body and mind.   For the adventurous people, they find a way to play for great outdoors activities in which they fulfill excitement when they overcome the fears and challenges like extreme sports.  This article will discuss ten (10) air related activities that some are not intended for people who has faint hearted and exclusively for extreme sports enthusiasts.

1. Base Jumping
Base jumping is one air adventure ideas which can be done with a parachute packs from the fixed structures like bridges, cliffs and tall buildings.  It is highly dangerous on the part of the people who do it.

2. Bungee Jumping

This can operate by a pilot as young as 16 years old.

7. Microlight
Flying microlight is an affordable introduction to the flying world.

8 Parachute Jump

9. Paragliding

The form of parachuting is less advance to skydiving.  It is usually done with an expert and highly experienced jumper.
